Q: Do you have a physical store location?

A: Not yet, but we are planning to have a physical store some time in the near future. 

Q: How do I know when my order has been shipped?

A: The delivery time is 2-3 working days within the UAE and 3-4 working days to all other countries. To find out the status of your order, kindly refer to the link that we send to you via email after making the purchase or you may contact our customer service team.

Q: To what destinations do we ship?

A: We are shipping orders to addresses in UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. 

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: We currently only accept COD (Cash on Delivery). 
Please note that COD is only permitted within the United Arab Emirates only.

 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: After you’ve placed the order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you should contact customer service. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Q: How do I know when my order has been placed?

A: An email will be sent to you as a confirmation to your order. Kindly check your registered email once the online purchase is done.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your O'beige dress. Please contact us at cs@obeige.com or WhatsApp on 056-576-0086 and request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back or card payment refunds. However we offer refunds in the form of O'beige coupon codes for the value of the item that you are returning.

 Q: Is online payment by credit card secure?

A: Our online credit card payments are secured by McAfee SECURE which is a cutting-edge security level that protects your credit card payments.

Q: During the order and shipment process, when is my credit card billed?

A: Your credit card is billed when your order is placed.

Q: How often is the stock updated on our website?

A: We are constantly adding to our collection of dresses. By regularly updating our product lines we are able to supply you with most current trends and new model releases.

Q: I like a dress on the site, how can I ensure it will fit me? 

A: Body measurements are different depending on heights and body types. This is why we provide the measurements of the dress itself when it is laid flat on a table. We recommend that you compare these measurements with a dress you already own. If you see that your body measurements are an exact match for a dress measurement of a certain size then please consider going one size up.
